The department encapsulates to develop the skill set of the student community in order to meet the challenges posed by industry and to face the realities of the work force.
We aim to ignite the students a passion for curiosity and challenge the young minds towards novelty in science. We also provide opportunities and promote critical thinking and encourage future studies and establish future prospects.
The Science Club 'Aqua' intends to allow students to grow up as curious individuals, ready to explore the world of science and technology fearlessly. The Science Club also caters to bring together students of science and rekindle in them the scientific temper in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocation.
In order to encourage the students to become comfortable with science and discover new ideas with confidence, the club conducted assorted activities in the disciplines of Microbiology, Chemistry and Botany. Events like 'Puzzles on scientists and their discoveries', 'streak like a freak' (streaking of micro-organism) and 'plant pressing' were conducted.
