The vision of the institute is to "inculcate in our students as a passion for excellence through value based holistic education". The institution thus is the first place where the students understand their responsibility.
Therefore, the institution tries to inculcate these core values in the students during their tenure here in college.
Value education is built into various activities in the college. The weekly assembly based on a theme conveys important values. Once a week value education classes are held.
Each class has a lesson plan oriented towards instilling core values. It also enriches the student's personal development making them responsible, healthy members of the society.
Entrepreneurship was also encouraged in the institution. As young women the institute wanted them to learn how to start a new business and make a profit. Some of the students were given a whole day wherein they put up stalls right from food, photograph corner, nail art, mehndi, etc.
They learnt the methods of profit and loss and to conduct business using their innovative business skills.
